We are seeking an Architectural Designer with experience in luxury residential projects for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide design support to Design Director, working in Schematic Design and Design Development phases of luxury residential projects, including hand sketching and hand rendering for projects.
• Produce construction documents using Archicad.
• Assist with proposal preparation for prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years of architecture work experience
• Free-hand sketching and rendering ability required.
• Deep knowledge of classical architecture.
• Experience with classical detailing.
• Proficiency with Archicad preferred or Revit experience acceptable.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skill
• Must have architecture experience with high-end residential projects in the USA.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsorships required now or in the future.
