Project Managers are directly responsible for one or more architectural project teams to ensure successful completion of projects from design drawings to the constructed building.

- coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to lead the high performance of project teams.
- support the Principals in providing the highest standard of service to Clients to maximize repeat business.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Project Manager in the Federal, Civic, and K12 Studios
- Direct communication with Client project representatives
- Implement a project work plan following project management process
- Generate and track project schedules and deliverable requirements
- Monitor project fee budgets and job costs
- Coordinate production and quality reviews of Contract Documents
- Proactively communicate with project team consultants
- Oversee the performance of architectural staff team members
- Clearly and consistently communicate team roles, responsibilities, and schedules
- Check-in with team members to maintain engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and role development
Requirements:
- Registered Architect in Texas
- 8+ years of architectural experience
- 3+ years of experience managing architectural projects through all phases.
- Experience with K12, Federal, and/or Civic projects in the US.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US with NO need for sponsorship now or in the future.
